If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of our service or products, you can tell any ctopay member by email or phone. We will sure to resolve it as soon as possible.

Generally speaking, we can acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 1 working day, and resolve your complaint within 5 working days.
If we are unable to resolve it within 5 working days we will contact you for the details.
